Kestrel Liner Agencies, LLP, and FreightOS announced that they have completed a successful roll out of the FreightOS auto-quote system at Kestrel’s offices, spanning the US, Caribbean, and UK. Working closely with the developers, Kestrel was able to go from manual quoting to virtually all online quoting in a project that took just five weeks from start to finish.
FreightOS is a cloud service, hosted on Google.“We are delighted to be in a position to automate the freight quotation process. For our niche services,” said Steven Keats of Kestrel Liner. “Kestrel has leveraged FreightOS to bring a systematic and flexible approach to the more than 25,000 port pair and service combinations it manages. “We also appreciate the fast creation time and monitoring features the system allows,“ said, Mr. Keats. “Kestrel has proven that there is simply a better way to sell freight services, and that it doesn’t take much time or money to automate quotations,” said Zvi Schreiber, CEO of FreightOS.
